Live Auditions for the 1st Grade of Secondary School – Royal Ballet School Antwerp

Are you a young dancer with a passion for ballet and a dream of professional dance training? This is your chance! 

Why participate in the audition? This audition is an opportunity for us to evaluate your talent, technique, and potential as a dancer. It’s the first step toward joining our prestigious school, where artistic development and academic education go hand in hand. We offer an inspiring environment where talent is nurtured, and dreams become reality.

Who can participate?

Are you a young dancer with a great passion for ballet and dream of a professional dance education? Then this is your chance! The Royal Ballet School of Antwerp is organizing live auditions for students from the age of 8 to join the third, fourth, fifth, or sixth grade of the primary education program.

Would you like to get to know the primary education program of the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp better? Then come visit our school on Sunday, May 26, 2025.

Come and watch open classes, soak up the atmosphere of our school, and participate in workshops.

Day Program

The full day program will be announced soon. You can watch open classes of our ballet students and join workshops. Be sure to also drop by the open classes of the after-school program of Youth and Dance or ask your questions during a Q&A.

Video Auditions Open for the 2025-2026 School Year 

Are you between 14 and 18 years old and want to develop your dance talent in a professional environment? Our video auditions for admission to B3, B4, B5, B6, and B7 are now open! This is your chance to showcase your talent and become part of our program.

How does it work?

1. Submit an Audition Video: Create a video showcasing your dance skills according to the audition criteria. The artistic team will personally review and assess your video.
