Miho Akahane
Miho Akahane graduated from The English National Ballet School where she was coached by Kathryn Wade, Anthony Dowson and Dominique Franchetti. She started her career with Jeune Ballet de France where she worked with Eric Camillo, Jean-Paul Gravier. In 1998 she was invited to perform at galas in Moscow and New York before joining The Royal Ballet of Flanders where she would be promoted to first soloist. She also performed as a guest principal with Ballet del Sud in Italybefore going on to study at The Royal Conservatory where she obtained a diploma as a dance teacher. Since 2012, she teaches classical ballet, pointe and repertoire at the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp.
